IC System was started in 1938 as an accounts receivable firm. Its co-founders are Jack Erickson and Ruth, and it is situated near St. Paul, Minnesota. Over 80 years, the company is a family-run business. The company is mainly concerned with how it delivers its services to satisfy its patients as well as its consumers. The founders’ mission is to improve financial services ethically. Over decades, the company has been offering efficient services which suites clients’ needs. The company norm and core values back their excellent services. Besides, superior services the company leads in charitable work to better the lives of individuals in the society. IC System received BBB Torch Award in 2015,2014 and 2013.

In 1981, IC System created an in-house charitable team known as the Employee Charitable Help Organization (ECHO). The primary objective of forming ECHO is to give back to the society. Each year the humanitarian team organizes donation events, employees volunteer as well as coordinating community events. ECHO collects food donations locally. In 2016, ECHO helped raised $32,000 for charitable activities and participated approximately 530 hours in community work. IC System believes that the foundation of every big business is as a result of the entire community therefor giving back to the community is their crucial mission. Indeed the company’s recent philosophy is philanthropic actions.

The company works with a wide variety of organization in search of charities. However, most of the company’s charities are as a result of fundraising events and sponsorship. IC system performs a Polar Plunge annually to help the Special Olympics. Recently, Polar Plunge group donated $8986 for Wisconsin Special Olympics. Additionally, IC System organizes blood drives in partnership with American Red Cross to get blood donations. According to statistics released in 2016, people staff inclusive donated approximately 50 pints of blood which was estimated to save 150 lives.

The IC System leads in debt collection due to efficient and innovative business exercise. Nevertheless, the company’s central mission is to serve communities. The charitable activities of IC System benefit hospitals among other organizations in the community.

One of the most disgusting human beings that is currently in power is Sheriff Joseph Arpaio in the Maricopa County of Arizona. This man is known throughout the nation for being a racist who is biased against the Hispanic population that makes up his portion of the United States. While there are people out there who applaud him for his stance on immigration reform, I cannot help but shake my head when they hear of all the atrocious things he has done.

One family tells the story of how he took justice and his own hands to the point of harming their family. Sheriff Joseph Arpaio for whatever reason only known to him believe that a Hispanic home in the Maricopa County was in allegiance with a local drug gang. He believed this house was acting as a transportation center between drop-off points.

He entered the home to search it with a SWAT team but found no drugs present. Without any evidence he cannot state that this family had committed this crime. However, in his got he was sure they were guilty. Because of that, he took flame torches and broke down their walls and set fire inside the drywall. This resulted in the entire house being set aflame.

There is also a story told about how Sheriff Joseph Arpaio allowed his security guards to beat several Hispanic men to the point they die because of the wounds. The security guards in the prison stated that the Hispanic men were not complying with their orders. Sheriff Joseph Arpaio agreed to use excessive force. To add insult to injury, he denied the Hispanic men the ability to see a doctor.

Michael Lacey and Jim Larkin have taken it upon themselves to report on these atrocities. They have used the New Front Page Confidential to make the world aware of what Sheriff Joseph Arpaio is doing.

Sheriff Joseph Arpaio wanted to silence these two men and try to illegally arrest them and demanded that they shut down their media business. When this failed, he tried to sue the 9 million readers for having an opinion about his actions.

Michael Lacey and Jim Larkin would fight back against these injustices. After Sheriff Joseph Arpaio illegally came into their homes and help them at gunpoint they knew something had to be done. They would go through a grueling battle in court where they would ultimately when a $3.75 million settlement.

They set this money aside to start the Lacey and Larkin Frontera Fund. This fund has been used to help the victims of Sheriff Joseph Arpaio.

There is a story of a woman who lost her child because Sheriff Joseph Arpaio refused to let her see a doctor. Michael Lacey and Jim Larkin used the Lacey and Larkin Frontera Fund to pay for the funeral can hold a celebration of life in that child’s honor. It is the hope of Michael Lacey and Jim Larkin that Sheriff Arpaio will one day be behind bars.
