Zuckerman moved to New York Life Insurance Company after leaving Citi Group. At New York Life she worked with senior management to provide business strategy planning and solutions.

Zuckerberg is responsible for recruiting for three divisions of Deutsche Bank, including; Private, Wealth and Commercial clients division, Asset Management group, and Global Technology division. In these three divisions, she handles full scale recruitment from sourcing and presentation to finally hiring the top recruits of the financial industry. Among her recruits you will find the most accomplished Managing Directors in the industry.
